BEAST xml for dating aquatic lineages of Oxalis. In this analysis, the full data set, including taxa with missing data, is analysed using a rate-based approach, allowing the mean rates to vary across both partitions. The calibration used a uniform prior on both mean rates with minimum value 0 and maximum value 0.0029 s/s/my.
