Kartezio is a robust and flexible AI-based computational tool that facilitates biomedical image analysis. It generates fully transparent, easily interpretable image processing pipelines using small datasets of training images. The data uploaded here serves as the Source Data for the manuscript (raw images, datasets, and genotypes) as described in the paper.
