Treefiles for the Figure 4.2 (Chapter 2). Maximum likelihood phylogenetic trees of the MAGs. Both trees are calculated using IQ-TREE and are based on alignments of marker genes (for prokaryotes: 120 marker genes from GTDB-Tk, for eukaryotes: 50 marker genes from EukCC). Include two files: 1. bacterial.treefile 2. eukaryotes.treefile
