1.Salinity gradient experiment and trait measurement A total of 16 traits such as growth traits (GTs), sexual reproduction traits (SRTs), and asexual reproduction traits (ARTs) of each genotype under different salinities were measured and calculated. 2.Genetic distance detection A phylogeny tree was obtained based on SNP information from 12 DNA fragments (5608 bp in total). 3.Fitness estimation After planting for 35 days, three traits of F1 were measured as fitness measures.
