344 COI sequences (578 bp) from 344 specimens of Melarhaphe neritoides (Mollusca: Gastropoda). Specimens collected in four islands of the Azores archipelago: Flores, Faial, Pico, São Miguel. 169 specimens were collected in the 90's and 175 specimens were collected in 2012, at the same four localities. Data from the manuscript "Mitochondrial DNA hyperdiversity and its potential causes in the marine periwinkle Melarhaphe neritoides (Mollusca: Gastropoda)".
