This contains tables for the model quality assessment programs to validate the structures generated for Anopheles gambiae matrix metalloproteinases; AGAP006904 and AGAP003929. The programs used are MetaMQAP, ProSA and PROCHECK. For a model to be generated for publication, it has to have a good combination of scores from all the three programs.
