Data set 4 - Orthogroups

47,266 orthogroups obtained through orthology inference using 73 top-quality and taxonomically diverse proteomes. They are provided into three separate folders (two-algae, one-alga, zero-algae) according to the classification described in the note and performed with classify-mcl-out.pl (see YAML configuration file provided in the config folder).
