Tree file RAxML to order genomes in Anvi'o

Genomes in the pangenome of Anvi’o were ordered based on a marker gene tree. This tree was built in PhyloSift version 1.0.1 with its updated markers database (version 4) for the alignment. We used RAxML version 8.2.10 on the CIPRES web server.
