Species taxonomy was added to the taxonomy table using MegaBLAST results obtained from the 'sing.sub.dgc.filtered.fasta' to identify closest relatives at the species taxonomic level. File was uploaded into the R script 'Single_Sub_Data_Analyses.R' on line 108.
