Phylogenetic Analyses of the top 100 blast hits for each of the 15 Nv-CLANKs analyzed in this paper. CLANK sequences are in red, and bacterial and viral sequences are in green. Clades containing many Trichomonas ankyrin domain encoding genes have been collapsed. Raw tree files and sequence files used to make trees are also provided
