The study examines the state of AI adoption in the UAE's e-commerce sector and how it applies to the commercial environment. This analysis shows that during the past few years, the UAE has ethically embraced AI in e-commerce. The Internet of Things (IoT), big data analytics, and ethical considerations including privacy concerns are all highlighted in the research as complicated difficulties and elements that the UAE's e-commerce industry is dealing with. The government's role in the process is particularly notable since it has the power to affect the course of events by responding to legislation and policy direction.
