This is the maximum likelihood phylogenetic tree generated from the cydrasil-v3-reference-alignment.afa found within the Cydrasil 2.0 project. The tree was made using RAxML-NG using the RAxML-NG(1.0.1) task on XSEDE, part of the CIPRES science gateway. The run consisted of a combined tree search and bootstrapping analysis (--all) using the autoMRE bootstrapping convergence test and a SYM-G4 model determined using modeltest-NG.
