Multiple sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis of metazoan CNGB sequences. The alignment was trimmed until the “NLMY” motif in human CNGB1 and after the “GTPK” motif in the same sequence. The alignment was done using ClustalO and the phylogenetic analysis was done using IQ-Tree.
