These are the HDF5 files that conatin all data handled by the orchestrator in the paper with the title Enabling modular autonomous feedback-loops in materials science through hierarchical experimental laboratory automation and orchestration authored by Fuzhan Rahmanian, Jackson Flowers, Dan Guevarra, Matthias Richter, Maximilian Fichtner, John M. Gregoire, and Helge S. Stein. The sequential and paralell run are in two separate files as these were run in different sessions.
