In the context of telemetry transmission systems, the development of an adaptable SOQPSK and ARTM modulator is a crucial undertaking when bandwidth usage is restricted. This work presents an efficient design and implementation of a versatile telemetry modulator capable of accommodating both modulation schemes. Its aim is to highlight the practical benefits of this combined architecture while maintaining a solid theoretical foundation.
