The influence of the degree of task-worker matching and the diversity of worker abilities are often neglected in power warehouse task allocation. In this study, we constructed a comprehensive worker ability assessment matrix based on workers' historical evaluation metrics, combined with a cloud-theoretic model, and introduced Euclidean distance as a similarity measure. Subsequently, a role-based collaboration model is used to model the warehouse task assignment problem as a role-based collaboration problem, and then this model is solved using a transformation method that makes task assignment more intelligent and adaptive. This research approach provides a new task assignment strategy for power warehouses, which is expected to improve the reliability and efficiency of warehouse task assignment.
