Research on Data Rights Confirmation Mechanism in Data Sharing

Data, a new type of asset, has become the "new oil" that data driven organizations are willing to pay for. In some specific product manufacturing areas, the data production process runs through different stages such as product research and development(R&D), production, testing, delivery, and maintenance, and is needed by various task driven organizations. However, these data are born with the contradictory attributes of external confidentiality and internal sharing. To address the notarization and confidentiality issues of cross-domain data circulation, data rights confirmation is a key research area. This paper first elaborates on the data rights confirmation issues in this field, then clarifies the connotation and rules of data rights confirmation, further analyzes technologies applicable to data rights confirmation, and finally explores a data life cycle confirmation framework.
