Research on comprehensive service quality evaluation of smart expressway service area based on combinatorial empowerment cloud model

In order to comprehensively evaluate the service quality of smart expressway service area, we established an evaluation index system for the service quality of smart expressway service areas and an evaluation method to scientifically evaluate the service quality . Based on the subjective weighting of G1 method and the objective weighting of COWA operator, the game theory combination weighting method with the goal of minimizing the deviation is used for weight weighting. The comprehensive evaluation cloud map was obtained to determine the level of smartization of expressway service areas. As case study, a smart service area between Xingxing Gorge and Khorgos port section of the G30 Express connecting Lianhuo Expressway was selected for evaluation. The results showed that the project was between the smart development level (D3 level) and the smart cooperation level (D2 level), which was consistent with the actual situation of the project.
