Babasaheb Ramdas Jadhav, Vikram Barnabas, Mudassar A. Sayyed · 2024
As the world becomes more technologically connected, the need to secure data has become paramount. According to IBM, data breach costs surged 13% from 2020 to 2022. The use of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation had a 74-day shorter breach lifecycle and saved an average of USD 3 million. The risk of data breaches can be reduced significantly by robust data privacy standards and a cybersecurity approach. Both of these platforms are necessary for an organization to run smoothly, especially for human resource (HR) management systems; however, they are often combined into one while there are distinct differences between the two. The comprehensive and distinct presentation of data privacy and cybersecurity, their types, models, techniques, and workflows, will enable its implementers in the HR system to effectively prioritize each. Purpose : The persistence of this study is to present AI-Centric data privacy and cybersecurity types, models, and techniques. Further, it presents a workflow for data privacy and cybersecurity techniques based on AI for the domain of HR that can be used effectively for decision-making. Methodology : A model-based approach with AI techniques will be followed in designing workflows that can solve the integrated HR issues of data privacy and cybersecurity that occur in businesses. Outcomes : A systematic flow will be generated to tackle the problem related to HR, the technological solution associated with Industry 4.0, provides several benefits to the operation when applied in a commercial and industrial context. The systematic study will serve as a model for new research and business strategic planning.
