SUBATOMIC analysis of Homo sapiens integrated multi-edge networks

We applied SUBATOMIC (https://github.com/CBIGR/SUBATOMIC/) to analyze a composite H. sapiens network containing transcription factor-target gene, miRNA-target gene, protein-protein, homologous and co-functional interactions from three different databases. We derived and annotated 5586 modules with diverse topological, regulatory and functional properties.
