This repository contains detailed macro-photographs of the wood structure and tree-ring pattern observed on the examined elements of the medieval ‘Privilegiekom’ chest and individual wooden boxes that were stored inside this chest. On these digital macro-photographs the ring-width pattern could be accuratly measured, and are available in this repository as well. The recorded tree-ring series were further analysed and published by Haneca et al. 2022 in the International Journal of Wood Culture.
