The landscape of Library Management Systems LMS is shifting because of the possibility for improved efficiency and connectivity presented by the introduction of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. However, the incorporation of (IoT) into library administration raises several security risks that need comprehensive solutions. Radio Frequency Identification RFID technology in (IoT) enabled is indispensable, but its deployment in vital applications is hindered by security and privacy concerns. This article looks at typical security flaws that library management systems built on the Internet of Things (IoT) have and offers workable fixes to address them. The study looks at many kinds of vulnerabilities, from issues like unauthorized access and unprotected communication to potential concerns like data integrity and device manipulation. Some of the recommended counter measures include robust authentication processes, secure communication protocols, physical security measures and techniques for maintaining data integrity and privacy. The aim of this study is to propose knowledge to the developers and all stakeholders, to create internet of things IoT Library Management Systems that is secure and robust for the modern digital era. A thorough findings of the intricate relationship between security threats and solutions are important to achieve.
