The continuous increase in the number of satellites in orbit places a great burden on the management of ground operations and makes it difficult to deal with failures that occur in orbit in a timely and effective manner. With the rapid development of intelligent technology and the improvement of on-board computing capability, a kind of Space-ground Collaborative satellite fault diagnosis environment was established, which formed a base of ground intelligent algorithms including long short-term memory network algorithms, and deployed the trained models at the on-board to verify the fault diagnosis of the key equipment TT &C fixed relays that affect satellite safety. The results showed that the method could effectively diagnose the faults of the satellite's key components, It can increase the intelligence levels of satellite.
