It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 2023 IEEE International Workshop on Computer-Aided Modeling and Design of Communication Links and Networks -CAMAD'23.This year's workshop continues its tradition of being the premier forum for exchanging ideas, discussing solutions, and sharing experiences among researchers, professionals, and application developers, both from industry and academia.The scope of this year's workshop is focused on "Connected and Collective Intelligence for Beyond 5G and 6G Technologies".The call for papers attracted several submissions from Asia, Canada, Europe, Africa, and the United States.The program committee accepted 54 papers.These papers where distributed in several tracks: a general track, Cybersecurity of
