UX evaluation of wastebank applications using user experience questionnaire

Based on data from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (MOEF), Indonesia produced 67.8 million tons of waste in 2020.The most significant contributor to waste came from households, which was 37.3 percent.The Waste Bank application is here to answer the problem of household waste in Indonesia.With Waste Bank, Users can exchange waste for money simply by collecting existing waste.The organic or inorganic waste category distinguishes the price per kg of waste.The purpose of this evasion is to test or provide feedback on the application we make, namely the WasteBank, that the application can give positive or negative feedback to the respondents.The test is through a Google Form created and distributed through WhatsApp social media.The tool used in this test is the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ).The test results showed that all UEQ categories received positive feedback.The highest value is obtained on the "Attractiveness" scale, while the lowest is on the "Dependability" scale.However, the lowest ranking still falls into the above-average category, while the highest scale falls into the excellent category.
