Noise Analysis of Bandgap Reference Circuit

This paper presents noise analysis of a Bandgap Reference Circuit which has an accuracy of 5.87 ppm/°C over the range of 0°C to 70 °C in 180nm technology. Special focus is given to the derivation of gain equations of each component and the noise spectral density of these components. Additionally, the paper conducts a comparative study of noise spectral density between single-stage and second-stage differential amplifier with respect to output voltage.
