Two-stage Object Detection Scheme in Video Surveillance Systems

The paper proposes a two-level scheme for image processing by two independent neural networks with different classification systems. The possibility of the proposed two-level scheme application in video surveillance systems is considered for prohibited items detection. The better correction ability is shown compared to different variants of a single-level scheme.
