Detecting Accidents using proven Convolutional Neural Networks Technology based machine learning models making use of Operational and in-use closed-circuit television (CCTV) setup.Instead of installing accident detection hardware on individual vehicle our approach id to enable a complete system to identity all road accidents on the road and notify the relevant authorities,hospitals, police department, general ambulances and the vehicle owner's emergency contacts in case of an accident, In hit and run scenarios, the vehicle number of the perpetrator can be provided to the police to aid in their further investigation.
