In Paper 2.1, MediaTek describes the CPU cluster from its latest 5G smartphone SoC: the first published mobile SoC to feature out-of-order cores in all CPU gears.The 3.4GHz CPUs, built in 4nm, integrate a novel first-level cache design to deliver a 4.6% CPU power reduction, while other power reduction techniques combine to realize a 22% system-level power benefit.
