HopKeys: Increasing Efficiency and Enjoyability When Typing

As the world embraces digital advancements, typing proficiency is increasingly essential for success in education and the workplace. With children beginning to type at younger ages, mastering fundamentals is imperative. Our response is a high-fidelity prototype called HopKeys-a robot frog designed to guide children in proper finger placement. The innovative approach involves associating the colors of letters with corresponding colors on the fingers of a pair of gloves. Our goal is to ensure that HopKeys helps children in the everyday activity of learning by teaching them to type in a fun and interactive way.
