On rarely fuzzy Irw-continuous functions

In this paper, we introduce the concepts of rarely fuzzy Irw-continuous functions in fuzzy topological spaces. Some interesting properties and characterizations of them are investigated. Also, some applications to fuzzy compact spaces are established.
