Precoded GSM with Artificial Noise for NOMA Aided Multiuser MIMO Downlink Transmission
Shekhar Pratap Singh, Pyari Mohan Pradhan · 2023
This paper proposes a scheme to enhance the secrecy rate of multiple users in presence of eavesdropper (eve). In the scheme, artificial noise (AN) aided multiuser precoded generalized spatial modulation (GSM) scheme has been proposed. In GSM a combination of receiving antennas (RAs) is activated for the transmission of data bits. AN is utilized to reduce the effect of passive eavesdropper at the receiver end. In this article zero forcing (ZF) precoding is applied at the transmitter in combination with AN. For these precoding schemes perfect channel state information (CSI) has been assumed at the transmitter. Conventional successive interference cancellation (SIC) and maximum likelihood (ML) detectors are used at the receiver. The expression for ergodic secrecy rate of the users has been presented. Monte carlo simulations has been carried out in flat fading Rayleigh channel environment. Effect of power sharing factor on the proposed scheme has been presented in the simulations.
