A Comprehensive Summary on Category of Web Usage Mining

The World Wide Web has many distinctive characteristics that make it fascinating and challenging for web mining tasks. There is an immense amount of knowledge accessible online and a fertile field for study in data mining. In this paper, the researcher surveyed the research in web usage mining from different opinions as explained in their study. For the survey, the researcher focused on web usage mining categories as defined by different researchers. And concluded that web usage mining aims to discover the paradigm that underlies the web's relation structures. Web usage mining focuses on techniques, which, while the user interacts with the web, may predict behavior.
