Blockchain technology has emerged as a game changer, revolutionizing safe transactions in a variety of industries such as finance, e-health, tourism, and energy. This study looks into the use of blockchain frameworks for the storing and exchange of electronic health and medical records, with the goal of improving data interchange and interoperability across stakeholders such as patients, hospitals, clinics, and related institutions. The choice of blockchain architecture is dependent on cooperating entities, with the goal of reducing redundancy and maintaining data consistency. However, the primary concerns of privacy and network security demand close scrutiny. Blockchain technology has evolved beyond its primary financial area, penetrating multiple businesses. This research thoroughly examines alternative blockchain designs, assesses present and expected obstacles, and proposes possible solutions. Particular attention is paid to protecting patient privacy and reinforcing blockchain networks against potential antagonistic operations. Furthermore, this paper delves into the possibilities of blockchain technology in overcoming these difficulties and upgrading healthcare systems.
