“Detecting Email Spam with Precision: A Logistic Regression Approach”

With the increasing popularity of email communication, the problem of spam is growing, causing problems and security threats to users because email-id is fundamental for account creation on every other platform on the internet… Naive Bayes algorithm is a simple and effective text classification algorithm and this paper has been extensively analyzed to evaluate its performance in classifying email as spam or non-spam. The paper presents the details of the algorithm, data preprocessing technique, model training, evaluation metrics, and experiment results show. Through an experiment on real-world email datasets, this study demonstrates the effectiveness of Naive Bayes as a reliable spam filter.
