In this work, we present an advancement in integrated MEMs reservoir computing (RC) systems, using surface acoustic wave devices. In the past, we have demonstrated that non-linear processing is feasible using piezoelectric SAW resonators, by using a time multiplexed resonator system. In this work, we demonstrate that feature masking, and time-delayed response coupling can be achieved using SAW devices. These elements form three of four essential building blocks for an integrated mechanical reservoir computer.
