Energy networks are ever evolving largely due to the changes introduced into the production and loading system of dynamic behaviour and increased sustainability levels used by official organisation and also due to rapid use of wind energy, disseminated distribution, power warehouse systems, and so on. This creates a challenge for the design producers of energy systems. Today, most generators are installed on PSS. However, due to the complexity of the PSS, the correct adjustment of the PSS is crucial. The work focuses on the design and development of the integrated PSS and AVR action controller on the power system. The process of building an advanced control and the analysis presented in this work derives benefits from various modelling techniques. The purpose of the PSS design is to use Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Support Vector Machines (SVM) to provide large lubrication torque without influencing the organising torque at analytic frequency vibration. The results of the use of the optimization algorithm in analysing the appropriate control for various operating conditions were analysed.
