Cloud computing offers a fresh method for consistently delivering IT services. Studies suggest that cloud computing can improve service quality in several organizations, including medical. As with any technical development, cloud computing should be carefully examined before being extensively adopted. The structural equation modeling (SEM) method is used in this research to investigate the adoption of cloud computing in the medical field. The suggested approach considers four aspects that affect how cloud computing is adopted in the medical industry: perceived benefits, adoption factors, technology factors, and attitudes and behaviors. The SEM model's findings indicate that views and behavior have little bearing on whether cloud computing is adopted in the medical industry. These results imply that effective applications of cloud computing in the medical field require a thorough knowledge of the variables impacting adoption. When making decisions about whether to use cloud computing technology, the medical field and individuals can benefit greatly from the findings of this research.
