One of the most ongoing issues that enterprisesmust address is hostel security. Security is becoming everyone's #1 concern. The hostel administration system is difficult and timeconsuming to maintain daily attendance records. The bulk of current systems rely on RFID tracking and mandate that students attend class, however, they have drawbacks. A surveillance system is intended to prevent the management of the hostel as a whole. The system automatically tracks the student's arrival and exit from the dorm and notifies the student's parents through SMS for optimal security. Each student must maintain a photo with their parent's cell phone number, an image processing database, and a unique RFID card number in this system. The most natural one is facial recognition, which is used to identify students in thedormitory. The system is composed of an ARM 11 microcontroller, a passive RFID tag, an RFID reader, a camera, a GSM module, and a fingerprint scanner. Use the GSM module to send an SMS to the parents of the pupils. For the system to function, human interaction is not required. Our system's objectives are toensure the students' safety while they are staying at the hostel and to inform their parents of the hours of their arrival and departure. Knowing the most recent information on the arrival and departure of your child from the hostel gives parents a feeling of security.
