This approach can be used to segregate audio feedback based on whether it is optimistic, pessimistic, or impartial. The segregation process can help identify feedback valuable to businesses and organizations for improving the products or services. The sentiment analysis technique involves training a machine learning model on a dataset of labeled audio feedback to predict the sentiment of new audio feedback. The model can then automatically segregate feedback and store in one database based on the predicted sentiment.
