After the occurrence of natural disasters, the promptness and effectiveness of emergency rescue are crucial in minimizing the loss of lives and property for disaster-stricken people. However, the supply of relief materials often suffers from issues such as delays and imbalances, resulting in greater hardships for the disaster-stricken people. This paper proposes a multi-objective approach based on the NSGA-II to address the common challenges in emergency rescue and relief operations: multiple material supply points, diverse disaster-stricken areas, a wide range of supply materials, and various transportation modes. By utilizing the proposed approach, we obtained better solutions when solving the resource allocation problem for emergency relief under multiple constraints. Experimental results and performance evaluation demonstrate that the algorithm performs well in handling resource allocation under limited emergency situations.
