Integration of Centralized Fingerprint Biometric Authentication To Prevent Room Access Violations Using RBAC

Area and room access management is very important for company security. Prevent security issues related to confidentiality, integrity, and economics. Security system as a food defense effort against food fraud and bio vigilance, its common problems: violation of room access by employees or external parties. This research used the role-based access control (RBAC) method with fingerprint biometric authentication, authorized security management and control software monitors breaches in real-time. BioLite N2 was installed on the room door and connected to the server via a distributed access control system. Trial and testing was done includes system functionality, biometric reading speed, role access, false acceptance rate (FAR), false rejection rate (FRR), and monitoring. Company areas are only accessed based on granted authority. Our system strengthens food defense and work as early detection of threats.
