In the era of rapid technological advancements, innovative approaches to education have emerged, with e-learning at the forefront of this transformation. This research paper is dedicated to the development of a specialized e-learning web application tailored to the distinct requirements of Tamil students. The application consists of four key components, each strategically designed to elevate learning outcomes and create a personalized educational journey. The first component revolves around the creation of concise Tamil short notes extracted from video transcripts. These notes provide students with a compact, yet comprehensive, resource for reviewing and reinforcing their understanding of course material, promoting efficient learning. The second component utilizes the power of Natural Language Processing (NLP) to analyze students' comments, offering valuable insights into their learning experiences and areas that may need additional attention. This analysis enriches student engagement and serves as constructive feedback for both students and instructors. The third component places emphasis on enhancing students' communication skills and pronunciation in the Tamil language. Through interactive exercises and pronunciation tools, students can actively practice and refine their speaking abilities, ultimately fostering effective communication and language proficiency.
