A Modification of the Processing Algorithms Expert Rankings Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process

This article discusses the fundamental contradictions associated with the use of classic algorithms for ordinal expert information. To resolve these contradictions it is proposed to use the cardinal algorithm based on the analytic hierarchy process
