The issues of communication and information security are rapidly increasing due to human-beings' reasons. The different reactions of humans themselves based on security issues may lead to different consequences. This article points out the importance of the human aspect in communication and information, especially when encountering urgent issues. This article provides a method that allows researchers to analyze these urgent situations through a formalized approach under a logical perspective. When encountering urgent situations in communication and information issues, this formalized method can help researchers and even decision-makers themselves make the most rational decisions. The formalized logic system presented in the article will be proven for its soundness and the completeness of some systems, ensuring the effective operation of the logic system. Additionally, this study can provide a form of non-big data analysis for current research on artificial intelligence decision-making, revealing future trends in AI research in decision-making.
