The Model of Mental Health Education Knowledge Service System Based on Virtual Reality

In order to pay attention to the mental health of college students and explore new intervention methods and means, the author proposes a model of mental health education knowledge service system based on virtual reality. In this study, 50 college students were selected as subjects and divided into an experimental group (25 people) and a control group (25 people), and the experimental group was intervened by the cooperatively developed virtual reality psychological relaxation training system (VRPsyRIS), twice a week, the experiment was carried out for 4 weeks. The scores of the Anxiety Self-rating Scale (SAS) before and after were compared between the two groups. Experimental results show that: Analysis of intra-group pre-test and post-test results between the experimental group and the control group After the intervention, the anxiety level of the experimental group decreased significantly compared with before the intervention, with an average decrease of 8.98, and the difference was significant. The anxiety level of the control group was slightly lower than that of the pre-test, but the difference was not significant. Conclusion: Virtual reality psychological relaxation training technology, it can be used as an optional means of psychological intervention for college students.
