Areal-Time H.264/AVC Encoder & Decoder with Embedded Algorithm

In this paper, the exact solution to the delay in the encoding and decoding process of the H264/Advance Video Coding (AVC) and H265 video coding standard is proposed . An algorithm was found using the Inter Frame (Prediction Frame) (P-Frame) to make the standard called Embedded Algorithm that works to solve the delay of the encoding and decoding process of big data represented by High Definition (HD) in real time, and increase compress video ratio. It was proven through the application on many videos of different resolution and size, the efficiency and simplicity encoding and decoding is very good and there is no data loss in finding the exact solution to this problem.
