Analysis and Design of a LC-S Compensated WPT System with Constant Current Output function

In some wireless power transfer (WPT) system applications, it is necessary to provide load-independent constant current output (CCO). Therefore, a LC-S compensated WPT system with CCO is proposed in this paper. CCO can be realized by needing two compensating capacitors and a compensating inductor in this system. And the corresponding theoretical analysis of the current output has been performed. In addition, the proposed system can realize near-zero phase angle (ZPA) operation and zero voltage switch (ZVS) operation to improve the efficiency of the system. Finally, the correctness and rationality of the proposed WPT system with CCO is verified by simulation.
