This paper provides a detailed analysis of the studies on VR applications in the realm of education. In this paper the last 8 years of data has been analyzed through bibliography research method, which depicts that the use of Virtual Reality (VR) in education has been significantly increased and the results show the growth of students in their academic key areas. This paper demonstrates the positive and negative effects of VR on user's health and how VR technology is being used in the education field and how students can improve their learning abilities. VR has potential to transform traditional education methods to the next level and can be an additional tool to improve the teaching methodology.
