With the development of the modern computer and its wide application in the military, radar information visualization technology has affected military activities with an unprecedented breadth and depth. It has proposed new methods in target positioning, detailed performance, fire attack, and battlefield coordination as the request. The use of Kalman waves in tracking radars can lead to significant improvements in tracking performance. The typical tracking radar consists of a number of independent closed-loop feedback systems with constant coefficients. Such as two independent feature, elevation tracking systems, a distance tracking system and a speed tracking system. Designing this tracking system is ultimately a matter of choosing a suitable low-pass filter. It responds quickly enough to the maneuver of the target while suppressing interference, whether or not the choice is good or bad depends mainly on the designer's experience. Under this background, this paper proposes the novel radar tracking simulation numerical model. We apply the advanced signal processing algorithm to assist evaluating the model performance. The proposed framework is compared with the state-of-the-art approaches, which has proved that the tracking efficiency is higher.
